I’ve only been to Beijing once many years ago, but I distinctly remember tasting unique amazing flavors every day. I never tasted food exactly as fresh and flavorful again until I came to Chef Ge, a diamond in a sea of golden Chinese restaurants in Edison. Can’t recommend it enough. Also, has plenty of vegan options.
Wow! What a delicious place for takeout. We ordered sweet & sour ribs, spiced sour lamb pot, and chicken braised beef tendon. Loved everything, and can't wait to try more from here. Also, the prices were great! Definitely worth a try.
If you want true authentic Chinese food, this is the right place. This place is just amazing, we’ve ordered from them several times and have never once been disappointed. Highly recommended for Chinese food!
You can tell everything was made with love. The flavors were Fantastic! The dumplings were the best I have ever tasted! My daughter's noodles were scrumptious, and my beef was super flavorful and tender. And the staff was so friendly and attentive. We will definitely come back!
Every time I have food from Chef Ge, I am amazed at the depth of flavor. Each dish has its own unique taste. Tonight I tried their pepper hemp fish soup. It is so delicious, hearty, and healthy. Honestly keep trying different dishes. Once you think you have a favorite another one tops it.
